Capital Valley Youth Soccer League is an official California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) affiliate serving the communities of Antelope, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Foothill Farms and North Highlands in northern Sacramento County.

CVYSL serves approximately 4,100 players and utilizes over 500 adult volunteers. We provide an opportunity for area youth (ages 4 to 18) to participate in soccer. As a member of CYSA, Cap Valley draws on the resources of this non-profit organization for support and guidance. CYSA, in turn, is affiliated with the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and the Federation Internationale de Football Assn. (FIFA). As an affiliate, Cap Valley players are eligible to participate in the Association Cup, the State Cup, Olympic Development Program and Premier Program.
