Capital Valley Youth Soccer League (CVYSL) is an official California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA) affiliate serving the communities of Antelope, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Foothill Farms, and North Highlands in northern Sacramento County. We also have Division I (Competitive) and Division III (Select) programs with our California Rush Soccer Club.

CVYSL is made up of 9 soccer clubs. 8 of the 9 clubs are Division IV (Recreational) clubs. The Division IV soccer clubs offer a recreational soccer program to players ages 4 to 18. CVYSL has one club that is a Division III (Select/Metro) and Division I (Competitive) club. The California Rush provides an opportunity to players ages 8 to 18 to play in a higher level of soccer. Teams are formed through tryouts and coaches hold at least an "E" license in Division III and at least an "E/D" license if not a National license in Division I.
